Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Associated with Metastatic Lung Cancer: Case Report

Lymphomas are neoplastic transformations that affect lymphoid cells. Diffuse large B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma has a high degree of cell proliferation, accounting for 30% all lymphomas. Lung cancer is the leading cause death worldwide and recommended treatment chemotherapy. Among main complications resulting from lymphoma, lung chemotherapy used in their treatment, we can mention sepsis, acute kidney injury febrile neutropenia. Febrile neutropenia occur by suppressing production neutrophils. Sepsis, widespread infection, injury, which also be caused hydroelectrolytic or nephrotoxicity. This report smoking patient with metastatic who sought care due to progressive dysphagia, cough chest pain, fever, lower airways critical obstruction mediastinal lymphadenopathy, being diagnosed diffuse lymphoma. The evolved because significant worsening ventilatory pattern multifactorial cause, mainly had mostly classic characteristics her comorbidities, however, overlapping interrelated comorbidities led outcome death.
